CD Baby claimed my cover song that's claimed by my Network

Today I go on YouTube and find my cover that I originally submitted to my YouTube network. using TubeBuddy I find out "RumbleFish CD Baby" is claiming the song as theirs on a different channel when my network "We Are The Hits" has claimed it on my channel which is where I submitted it to in the first place. Is this legal? All I did was submit my cover to CD baby for iTunes Spotify etc.
