I've Got It
So you have seen many YouTubers do this. Even some handling the camera while driving. I really want to do the same thing but I really am looking for a hands free option. Like a GPS mount but just for cameras. So that way I can Vlog and drive safely! Although since I live in New York and we have those strict phone rules so I just hope I don't get pulled over for talking to my camera. So thanks for the info you can give me and have a nice day!

You could try this, search "Stickypod" into Google. Just did a quick search and it seems to be a camera mount with a suction cup you attach to your car XD Hope this helps :3
 
I've actually found one on B&H which I would think would work fine just search up
