Hey all, I need some clarification on transcriptions–

In beta, every time I upload a video there are TWO options for subtitles:

ENGLISH (AUTOMATIC)
Published (Automatic)

and

ENGLISH (UNITED STATES)
Add

I can edit both, but:

1. Which one do I edit?
2. Do I edit both?
3. And why are there two versions?
