Can't Monetize Video

I tried to upload a reaction video to my channel.
Immediately got content id. Unable to monetize.

Went back shot again and edited. Removed all audio from orginal video. Just me talked with the other video playing.

Same thing unable to monetize. WTF?

All these reaction channels upload 100% of the original video with sound and barely speak get to monetize video but my video with audio removed completely and not using the entire video gets struck?

I pretty much wasted the entire day today. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::stomp::stomp::stomp:

Start using your own original footage and you won't have these problems.

'Reaction' and 'top 10' video channels get no sympathy from me.
 
YouTube these last days is very strict with the monetization . Me aswell can't monetize my very own content.
