Can't Monetize ONE Video?

Okay so it's a video where I talk about rape but rape isn't in the title or the description yet NO option to monetize no indication why I can't monetize....what's going on here and can I fix this without reuploading cause it's getting a lot of views.

What icon do you see instead of the green dollar sign? If you tell me this I can tell you what's going on most likely. You should also check your email for a message from YouTube Admin.

Also could you please go into your profile and correct your channel link? All I get is "This Channel Does Not Exist".
