Can't make new playlists. Help!

I was going to make a new playlist, but I can't click create. I thought it might be because I have to many playlists so I deleted a playlist, but it still didn't let me make the playlist.[DOUBLEPOST=1451593053,1451590860][/DOUBLEPOST]help plz

Maybe you should refresh the page, the button might not of loaded

I tried that but it didn't work. I think itts a glitch or something like that.
