Can't get banner to work

I've just become a partner and I'm trying to upload a banner to my channel. I know the new channel design is coming soon but I would still like add a banner.

All I'm getting is a white banner. All the dimensions are correct (970x150) and saved as a jpeg. I can get it to be clickable but it doesn't show my banner.

Help would be much appreciated!

They might not allow you to do so, if they're switching over soon. I think it's today. It sounds like you did everything right, it's something on YouTube's end. I'd just wait until they make the switch, then make a banner for their new platform.

^This, and also, you should tell Michael that your a partner so you can get that fancy little seal that F.A.P. :giggle: has...
 
the banner actually has to be on the same image as the normal background not as a separate file! you only have it as a separate file to upload to the image map website to be able to make it clickable :)

for example this is my background, as you can see the banner is actually part of thee background :)

I've fixed it now, yeah it was me being stupid and not putting the banner in the background image.
