Request Can't Get Banner to Work

Will pay $4 paypal for someone to get my banner for my channel to work.
I have a bunch of clickable links that need to be put on. I am partnered with RPM so yeah. I will only release payment once I have seen proof of my banner done and if it works on my channel. I WILL NOT SCAM! I SELL AND BUY OFF EBAY: business_selling_certified!

Brother the new YouTube layout is coming out and that will take away clickable links for partners. So dont waste your money on your banner there is only like a week left of HTML coding!
