Can't access forums as a partner.

Hello,

I am partnered with MakerGen but for some reason for months I have not been able to access the forums. I send a ticket but just got a message that they are working on a fix. Unfortunately I saw that other people have had the same problem months ago and have reserved the same reply. Honestly, I am really happy with the partnership. Even though I don't have a huge amount of subscribers I still get great offers and service from the network which is giving me motivation to work harder but the problem with the forums has been bugging me for months and so I wanted to ask if anyone on the forum knows why I get re-directed to the dashboard when I click the forum icon or if anyone has had this problem and found a way to get it fixed?

Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache in your web browser. Or trying a different web browser and logging in?

I tried deleting my cookies and cache but not a different browser so I will give it a shot now

Just tried with firefox and it still didn't work. I usually use chrome.
