CAnon 600D vs Nikon d3200 vs Nikon d5200

Ok so I was thinking about getting one of these cameras to record videos (although I will also use them for taking pictures). I know that for taking pics the Nikons are better but for recording I'm not that sure. I've read several reviews and they all say that those Nikons are better than the Canon 600d, but some ppl I've asked have told me that I should get the CAnon because they say canon is more for videos and nikon for pictures.

So yeh I just want to know your opinions? Also if you know about any other camera that is not that expenive and that is good tell me :)
 
I can't give you some comparison and such but all the british youtubers that I watch use Canon 600d. It looks clear anyway. I just use Nikon D3100 on mine.

most of the people I watch use a canon too, two of them use the canon 600d nd it look awesome but I have read that those nikon models are better xD o I really don't know lol

I'm curious to see what people say as well. I know I want a flip out screen so I can see myself while I record, and I want to be able to put in a small external mic. The Canon 600d looks good and not the most expensive...
 
I use a 550D to shoot my main channel and cookery videos, it was the most expensive this I have ever bought and I haven't regretted a penny of it. I don't know about Nikon DSLRs but the build quality of the compacts is abysmal, this has ruined Nikon's reputation in my eyes and I won't touch them with a barge pole. Also Canon are made in Japan, Nikon in Thailand and China.
 
I Simply adore my 600D, I wouldn't trade it for the world.
I got it with a 50mm f1.8 lens, so the depth of field is simply fantastic! and, the lens was cheep!

I've used the Nikon before for photography, it's also a good camera, not sure on video quality - never used it!
