Cannot apply for Creator X partnership ?

I tried to apply on their website (I have to key in my username first to see if my channel is qualified) but it sometimes said username is valid, and sometimes said I need to get more views to be qualified. What weird is that when I tried keying in big youtubers' name, it also said the person needs to get more views to be qualified. Is there a problem with the website ?
Any response from Creator X themselves would be great. I tried to contact them via Tweeter but no use.

I think they have some high up user/operators here on the forums hopefully they will find your thread maybe @JeriKane knows who they are.

Sorry, there is a typo in my post. It should be the word in bold.
