Can you use sounds from freesounds.org and still monetise your video?

I need to find a certain camera sound effect, but youtube audio library doesn't have it, if I take it from freesounds.org or a similar copyright free sound site, would I still be able to monetise my video?
 
If it's copyright free, then yes. Although I would advise adding credit to the description just to cover all bases.

Update: Freesounds.org isn't a website but I know what I mean haha
 
does personal use only count if you are using it for a youtube channel that is just your hobby?
 
"Personal use" usually means only privately e.g. at home but not on a broadcasting platform like YouTube. If you post the exact license conditions here or tell me how I can find the effect I may have a more detailed look at the terms.
