Can you report a playlist?

I have a Christmas song on YouTube and have found around 10 car playlists that are using my title. So can I report this and if so, how? Also will what they are doing harm my SEO?

This is a good thing mate. More the merrier. It is helping your SEO. You want your videos in as many playlists as possible.

In theory yes but my videos are not there it's just my title which links to their own material
