Do reviews count as "heavy use?" Obviously, fair use is a defense to copyright infringement, but in the case of youtube awards, Youtube can do whatever it wants.
It's under no obligation to respect fair use when handing out plagues to creators.
If I don't get one, it's not the end of the world. It's just a wall ornament, and even then, I've still got a long, LOOOOONG way to go before I reach the first subscriber milestone to even be considered for one, but I would like to know, just out of curiosity.
There are more than enough review-focused channels on Youtube that there should be some well-established precedent on this issue by now. So does anyone know how that works?
