Can someone help me with a copyright claim dispute issue?

I disputed a video which was said to have contained third party content, even thought it didn't. I then accidentally removed the video, will I be penalised for wasting YouTubes time if the video is gone?

I don't think so, if anything they will be happy because it is less hassle

you actually did the correct thing, it keeps your channel from getting a strike and youtube from having to look into it.

No you wont. It's fine it just allows then to have to do less work.
