Can someone explain to me what Box For Boxing is?

Here are my main questions:

How does it work?
Is it frowned a pond or even legal?
Should I do it?
What are the drawn back or in other words, what are the pros and cons of Box for Boxing?
 
Box4Box is where both users add the other user to their 'Feautured channels' section...

It helps get you exposure and in general you gain a few subs because when someone subscribes to the person, they will be asked if they want to sub to you...

It is very very legal, and massive youtubers like Athene, FPSRussia, Woody all do it...

How does it work?It works by two users both putting the other user in their "Featured Channels" box, and when someone subscribes to that channel they will be given the option to subscribe to the other users channel.

Is it frowned a pond or even legal? It's highly Legal!, if not Encouraged!

Should I do it? Yes!, this will both; promote yourself and promote the other user!

What are the drawn back or in other words, what are the pros and cons of Box for Boxing?
Pros - Promotion of your's and the other user's channels/videos
Cons - None!
 
I needed that explained too, I'm glad someone asked, I know a few people I'm about to box right now.
