No. Contracts are not jokes. They are LEGAL documents. You can't just tear up a contract because you decide you don't want it anymore. Once it's signed you are in permanently until your CONTRACT says that you can leave.

Yes, they can but only though advising you in how to get out and/or by paying for a lawyer to look though the contract for loopholes and such.

Both of these require you to be large enough to make it worth their time. As in at least 100k views per month.
