Can it be recorded or need permission? DeviantArt Muro Drawing

I am not quite sure where to put this question! mod please move it if I have posted in the wrong category.

DeviantArt has a program called Muro and it is really neat for drawing (for my slow drawing graphic tablet). It also has a playback function. My concern is can I monetize the recording? There are basically 2 recordings I can get, one is record as I draw. The other one is record the Muro playback (I would consider this option because record while drawing lags my computer).

I have submitted a ticket on DeviantArt, it has been 10 days now and still hasn't been assigned to an agent :/ So hopefully there might be some DeviantArt YTuber here? :O
