Can I use the troll song in one of my youtube videos or is it copyrighted? If it is copyrighted does anyone know a royalty free version on the internet or know how to get round the copyright somehow?

Well even if it's not copyrighted you better should get some permission because it isn't yours.

You should get permission or find out who owns the song. But I don't see why you couldn't use it depending on how you were going to. Just make sure to say that you do not own the rights to any of it.

The guy died so it would be in public domain unless someone else took the copyrights to it after he died. Search google
