I am new to YouTube, and was reading that you are allowed to use up to 1 minute of music now for videos. Does anyone know if this applies to getting music off of YouTube vs on it?
I am wanting to use a popular song, yet also add some speaking in between to cut in. So one continuous song off the platform wouldn't work. Thanks
