Can i use a album song in my video without getting copyright issues?

I believe you need the permission from the artist or label company to use a song unless you are doing a parody of that song. Good luck

No, you can't just use an album song in your video. As @lean ambrose says you would need permission. However, keep in mind that the artist/record label likely wants to be compensated for their copyright, so this would either be through a content ID claim (in which case, they take all the monetization on the video as royalties), or you would have to pay them upfront for a royalty-free license to the song (buying a song with an album or on iTunes is NOT the same as a royalty-free license. iTunes/etc., licenses are to listen to the song, but not to use in derivative works. Royalty-free licenses usually will cost much more.)
