Can I monetize my cover song if the system didn't recognize it as a cover

hey everyone :)

I really need your help! I have uploaded some cover songs videos which haven't said "matched 3rd party content" or anything/been tagged by contentID for years.
In my video manager section, for some of my covers there is no third party matched, so I don't know if I should monetize those unrecognized covers or not. I want to do this clean.
Maybe Youtube doesn't match third party because some of the writers don't mind if someone covers their songs? I am confused, should every cover be matched with a third party content? Maybe not?
I also noticed that Youtube removed some matched third party content from my cover songs, does this mean it's just fine to be monetized ?
I have many cover songs over 200k views which never been filled with any copyright claim, if anyone could help me it would be great :))) thanks! :)

Technically you can however you need license from the owners to do it properly.

what if I have a cover song which has been filled with copyright content since the day I uploaded it (and I'm pretty satisfied with that) and I noticed lately that youtube removed the matched third party content automatically (I didn't dispute or did anything.) Is that means Youtube is allowing me now to monetize ?

I think you must try the official YouTube help forums- they are usually good with copy rights issues and YouTube revenue sharing.
But I noticed that you often use the original vocals and music - I don't think you can share revenue for this one.
But if you have your original music or highly derived tunes of the original songs - you should be able to keep the whole revenue (as far as you do not add the original song vocals and tunes).

I read everything on youtube help center, I didn't find any help, I even tried to contact them, I've done all before posting here. is there a way I can know I'm allowed to monetize before I click that button ? will I be in toruble if I do it ? idk ... I have a mortal kombat guitar remix with more than 300k views, it has never got any copyright claim, I see all people are monetizing their covers of it on youtube ?
