Can I Monetize League of Legends videos without voice commentary over them with RPM?

Hi.

I would like to know if I can monetize my League of Legends videos that don't have any voiced commentary. Some of them have not copyrighted songs and voices of the champions, but not mine.
I've seen a lot of posts in the internet saying that I could, others saying that I couldn't, so I'm here to ask for help on this forum because I think I can trust it and for this specific game.
I would like to know if I can do this with RPM.

On the Riot Games Jibber Jabber, it says that I can monetize my videos and it is not said that I must have commentary over it.
I would like to know if I can monetize this game with RPM, because the posts I have seen don't talk about League of Legends specifically.
I can't post the link to Jibber Jabber, but just search on Google for this, if you really want to help me!
I can quote the part that I think is more important on this Jibber Jabber thing:
"
  • Not-for-profit (unless otherwise called out in this policy!). All videos must be made publically available without requiring payment by a viewer or any other restriction on access. Basically, this means:
    • You may not require any payment, survey, download (other than the video itself), or other action to access a video.
    • You may place a video on a website that has a paid-for “premium” account option, provided the video is also available to non-paying users.
    • You may run ads or other revenue streams that don’t interfere with a user’s access to the video, subject to the “No Licensing” guideline below.
  • No Licensing. Generally, you cannot license your videos to any third party for a fee or other value without our approval. However, there are important exceptions:
    • Partner programs with YouTube or the following streaming websites: own3D.tv, Ustream.tv,Twitch.tv, Justin.tv, Blip.tv (no prior permission from us required).
    • For any other licensing of videos by you (such as film festivals, contests or third party broadcasts), express written permission from us is required. Please send all requests to fansites@riotgames.com.
"
Thanks a lot for your help and sorry for long post.

Best Regards.

You can monetise League in any case you want, they have a creative commons license issued on the game and any footage of the game. Their policy is also very community friendly, they allow people to upload things from their own streams, the world championsship, mlg events, whatever.

Riot are f*****g legit people, I love them ;D, not a single content ID has ever been claimed on League, apart from people who are uploading something which has already been uploaded.

Also you can use any soundtrack in League.

edit: I'm not sure as to what extent the creative commons license goes, however I know for a fact that every piece of content uploaded to their Youtube channel can be re-used by anyone (notice that re-used doesn't mean re-uploaded). The whole videomaking community is such a big part of League, and Riot has a great reputation when it comes to the community, I wouldn't see them haveing a problem with it.

Source: it's my full-time job to make videos with League of Legends content, I know several people at riot, most notably David Pritchet who is the community manager. They endorse content more so than anything else.

Thanks a lot for your answer.
That's a relief! One friend of mine actually told me I must have voiced commentary over the videos, and I couldn't get the Partnership if I didn't start making voiced videos.
I'll probably do that in the future, but not yet!

Once again thanks a lot for your support and fast reply.

Best Regards.
