Can i get some video editing software suggestions?

I am wanting to know of any free, downloadable video editing software I can get? Not one that is a trial version or a version with only something things unlocked due to needing to pay for more, just want a free one. I used to use the one that comes on my computer but its not working anymore for some reason. Thanks
