Can i edit Movie's best scene and publish them ?

hello guys,
can i edit funny scary parts of sitcoms like friends or TBBT and publish them on youtube? I was many people are doing that without getting any strikes. how's that possible?
 
cuz they don't monetize and they take risk and simply don't care cuz they're not even aware of such copyright rules and stuff. but in reality that isn't quite allowed
 
If you going for non-profit its fine, but if you going for profit no. You will get many copyright in 1 video cuz u use many scenes from another movies
 
You can use any video you want and edit it, upload it and share it. If you ever get any copyright notices just appeal them and eventually they will go away.
