Can I do gaming walkthroughs without commentaries

If you do not do commentary you will NOT get a copyright strike. Machinima has the rights to ALL video games.
And to answer your question, I've seen videos on Machinima Realm with no commentary on it. They just have background music (building stuff in Minecraft of course).

most networks have the necessary licenses for games, but its always a good thing to commentate on them just for reaching to the audience
