can guitar cover be moneytize ?

Hi i read that in 2015 things have changed but i cant be sure

if someone has a video of himself playing bass with the real song in background , can it be moneytized?

and what if in the video the notes are also shown?

if so anyone could say approx how much it earns?<

If you just play the guitar - usually you can monetize and you will keep may be around 25-30% of what you normally earn of such video (there are a few copy rights owners who do not allow covers but may be around 99% are OK).
If the song plays in the background than you will earn 0% (all the revenue goes for the copy rights owner).
Showing or not the notes doe not make difference.
