Can community music channels join networks/partnerships?

I started a community music channel not too long ago and I was wondering whether I could join a network?

Uhhhh.... I don't know, if you're making money off of their work I'm not sure you should be doing that.
Unless you're paying them.

I'm not sure then, since if you join a network you're in it to make a profit.

Most of those type of channels have their own CMS account and probably they pay the song owners part of the revenues. Or they are with network and they are managed status and they can monetize it without problem, but maybe it will have problems later.
