Just convert it to JPEG and set it to the highest quality. The limit is 1MB by the way.

When you save it photoshop make sure you save it as JPEG if you can't honestly get it below 2MB. If you can get it below 1MB and have it a PNG I suggest you save it to that. PNG's have much better quality even compared to the jpeg on max.
