Can anybody tell me whats happening here?

I've Got It
In my videos there seems to be moments where the pixels mess us if that makes sense, it happens quite a lot in my most recent video at the beginning, also, tell me what you think of my videos and if you enjoy feel free to like and subscribe:)

 
I believe that's some sort of compression artifact. I am guessing it's caused by a corrupt A-frame (using MPEG encoding?) I'd say change the encoding or increase the quality of the anchor frames in whatever renderer that's being used. With a different codec it might be able to manage the artifacts from the compression better.

its not like that after I render only when I upload, I render in 720p in AVI I think, or WMV

Ah, so it's YouTube. Still could be an encoding problem -- I had a weird sound issue that wrecked up WMV at the beginning after I uploaded; I switched to MPEG and YouTube isn't ruining my sound anymore. It could just be a codec incompatibility with YT's "cruncher" or whatever reencoder they use.
