Camera under $200

I'm sure this post has been done about a hundred times before, but I'll make it anyways.
What camera should I get for under $200? This summer I've been using my girlfriend's nice Canon camera for vlogs, but once I go back to school I don't think I can live with myself if I go back to using my iPhone 4's camera.
I thought I would be an adult this summer and make money to buy a nice camera. But since I work at a grocery store I don't make hardly anything, and I'll just have to get something rather cheap. I imagine regular digital cameras can do 720p stuff now, but I don't know what to go for. I'm only vlogging so I don't need anything fancy. Suggestions?
 
my old camera before I dove into the world of DSLRs was pretty decent and I think it would work very nicely for you if you are only vlogging. when I bought it it was 128 dollars but im sure the price has dropped by now. so take a good look at it. it is a sanyo xacti vpc gh4. also it shoots 1080p
