Camera/ editing software recommendations for vlogging?

Yep, it's all said up there in the title. At the moment I'm using my phone camera which can record HD but in my latest video, it seems as though only 480p is the max. Haven't purchased any editing software, I'm using windows live movie maker. Check out my latest video. Any advice on recording techniques? Am I slurring my words? Laughing too much? Any unneccesary parts to the video that are making you want to close the window? THANK YOUUU. Oh and I know... bad camera angles in some parts when I record myself. Any tips for that? I can't exactly see where I'm recording so it's kind of.. off place. HAHHAAHA.

I'm not too sure about the camera situation sorry, I use my phone camera but for editing software I reccommend Adobe Premiere Pro. Packed with proffessional features yet very easy to use at the same time! Check out some videos on youtube im sure you'll agree and for the less choppy you can use some of the fading effects and just make the shorter so its a quick un-noticeable fade but it's less of a jump :)

Hope this helped!

What phone do you have? If it is iphone 4s or the newer one, you can capture rather beautiful 1080p footage. I've done it for my recent vid and in combination with Neat Video plugin ( removes grainy effect) it looks damn good.

Adobe Premiere might be a bit pricey for some people, so I would suggest something like Sony Vegas ebcause it's a bit cheaper and it's also great software. As far as the camera, anything that records video 720p and up is a good one for vlogging.

waw ... so ... you actualy have to buy the product ? ... omg ... w8 does that mean i`ve been doing it wroung for so many years ? lol ... not sure but i think i got the cheap side at the same time with all the package of the product lol ... and i recomend Magix video delux or camtasia and the vlogs are nice and fluent keep it like that

I suggest you download Premiere and you get a free 30 day trial :) test it out and see if you like it!
