Button sounds when recording

What I mean by button sounds is the controller button sounds when you push on it. I'll be getting a new computer pretty soon and I'll have the opportunity to make a lot of more vids, mainly computer games/mmo's. My concern is the mouse click sounds and keyboard sounds. Some videos I see, I can hear them and some I don't hear it even though they sound like live commentary. Is there a way to prevent these sounds?

Ways I thought of are

-Spend lots of time editing them out if possible: This I don't have a problem doing but if I'm talking and clicking at the same time that can be a problem.
-Reduce mic sensitivity
-Don't click as loud

Not sure if there is any special way to do this. I mainly do live commentaries since I enjoy doing them so much. Any advice?

Thanks!

You can get mice and keyboards that don't make loud noises, for example a keyboard with thinner keys backs less sound, same thing with a mouse as for the controller i don't know how to help you on that one

I suffer from this a lot, my mic is currently on my table so it picks up everything. I try to remove it in editing, but can only do so much. There's not really a way I've found to prevent it, the best way (the one I'm going to do) is to suspend the mic at head height so hopefully it won't pick up the keyboard and mouse, which will be much lower than me.

I also keep testing the recording beforehand and then applying noise reduction to see what it will turn out after the session. When it sounds good, I'll start recording the proper thing :)

Oh yeah, you can get a mic arm i'm planning on getting one soon

Yeah when I edit my audio I usually reduce noise, and normalize. Seems to help a little bit but there are times when the game gets quiet and you can hear the noise. Here I usually try to silence out the noise but there are those few moments where there is nothing I can do. In-game audio seems to also help.

What I sometimes do during editing, if there is a section were I'm not talking but the mic is still going. I'll just cut it out so its not heard over the game audio ;)

I don't really mind listening to keyboard/mouse click sounds when I watch a vid. It doesn't mess up the audio at all and I'm wondering why so many people really want to get rid of them. In fact, I kinda like them. Just look at some of Nerdcubed's videos and you'll clearly hear clicking sounds from him typing/mouse clicking yet nobody minded (+ he has 700,000+ subscribers so that's saying something) :)

Make sure if you can set your microphone to only pick up sound from the front. Also, make sure that you keyboard or controller is behind your microphone. This will help reduce a lot of keyboard sounds. I used to have this issue until I placed my microphone in front and now it has been significantly reduced.

Using a cardioid mic (not an omnidirectional mic) will give sensitivity to sounds aimed directly into it and seriously help eliminate ambient noise and clicks.
Previously when I was using my headset mic it used to pick up mouse clicks. I made the switch to a decent mic a while ago and I tell ya not a click is heard anymore.
