It's a joke about the title where he is purposefully misinterpreting (for comedic purposes) "breaking" subscribers as literally breaking them rather than getting past that number of them.

Man, does explaining jokes feel like the most deadpan thing ever.
 
I was so lost at first too... @_@ I was like... "I don't mean to actually break them... how can I stop doing that..." then I was like... "Oh, he's making a joke off my title.. I see now.. yay!" lol I shouldn't type when I'm tired.. Thank you all for the congratulations and such.. it means a lot to me.. I plan to push myself further every day
