Branding Introduction

First time I've heard of this feature but from what it sounds like is pretty much all it was good for is to help you create a intro, I could be wrong but I assume most people would make their own or have someone else do it for them. So I don't really think it will effect anyone or at least the majority. But that's just based off my own thoughts, no data to back that up.

They only allow 3 seconds intro video, it really short for me, planning to use but until I know that, I don't bother with it anymore. I think put the intro in editing process is much better.

I didn't use this feature anyway because my intro usually comes within my video not at the beginning and also because it contains transparency. Also the three seconds limit is too short for me.

I used to have the words scroll up 'Star Wars style' and some 'rock/metal' piece of music intro - when I dropped the Star Wars theme, I simply kept my music and just flash a static screen these days.

The music is just a channel theme I like to keep ongoing (have it on intro/outro on most videos) - an animated intro isn't really something I'm bothered about. ;)

I only found out about this today. I'm quite disappointed with this news as it is a great feature. The ability to drop an intro into all videos saves on editing. It also means that the intro for older videos can be changed by simply replacing the default intro.
