Branding Copyright and Youtube

Am just wondering what copyright is on branding. For instance I have made a Skittles vodka tutorial. Would the fact I used Skittles and Smirnoff breach any kind of Copyright? Or since I am using this as a tutorial would it not matter?

You are in the right section and no you shouldn't have any problems with brands or anything. Just think of all the beauty gurus that do hauls of different products. It's not copyright so it's not against YouTube's terms.
