Brand account vs Personal account

I just realized, there's something called brand account!

I started my English account and have it as a personal account, and now that I tried to create a Swedish account (for SEO purposes mostly) I realized I could create a brand account as a "sub account" to my personal account.

I would very much like my personal account to be moved to a brand account and I found a way (I think) of moving it. Problem is - will the subscribers be moved as well..? Anyone knows..?

Converting Personal YouTube account into Brand account? Interesting, I haven't even thought of that, but Instagram has something of that nature where you can change the type of your account.
