Box Lighting

Does anyone use box lightings for their videos? Anyone suggest good lighting for a cheap price, and do they make that much of a difference in comparison to using natural lighting?

I plan to use Box Lighting someday, there are D.I.Y tutorials on youtube and are totally cheap and is almost the same as a standard Box Light, and it depends, sometimes the natural is better when it's outside but inside? Yeah, definitely needed a boxlight.
