"Blogger" tab settings problem

Alright,hi guys! I could use some help with this. What I want to know,is there any way to switch places of "Featured channels" and "Playlists" on the "Blogger" tab settings?

not that I know of. You could use the "everything" tab and turn off featured video and have your playlist there.

Well the problem is that I don't want to remove my featured video.

I don't think there is a way to move around the featured video, sorry.
