Blocking/ Banning?

k so, ive had a lot of issues with people in the comment section of OTHER videos, ill compliment the video and i have a group of accounts that hate me, is there any way i can block them?

Go to the channel you want to block, click on the tab 'about'.
You'll see a flag icon at the bottom of the page. Click on it and you can select block user.
