Black Ring of Death

Hey guyz! I've been coming to you guys alot as I've been recording/editing videos. I must come again!

In my videos I have a Black Ring around my video? And Idk how or why its there. I tested to see if it was still there as it went on youtube and It did, Even thicker then in the editing software its self.

Now I dont know why I have this problem? The camera Im using is an DXG Pro Gear FullHD 1080p. It cant be the camera?

Now, Before I had said I had problems with Vegas pro, it not accepting AVI files. So What I had to do was put the Files in windows movie maker saving rendering it there and then using that (I think its WMV file) to put into Sony. Could this be creating the Black ring? Or is it something that the camera is shooting in?

What do you mean? Could you give a an example? A picture of the vid? :)
 
its almost like the video is 2 small for the video player

except the video is perfectly square making the Black lines on the side thicker.
 
oh you know I have no idea, When I save the project from Windows Movie maker an bring it 2 sony I render it as "Recommend for this project"
