Bit of a strange one

So for the last week or so I have been getting at least 100 views a day on my 45 sub channel (one succesful COD video does that for you), but tonight I posted a Fallout video let's play that has been content ID matched and since then I have had no views on my channel. This might not sound daft for someone as small as me, but I have had people tell me they have watched videos etc. Is this a thing on Youtube when you get a content ID match(I am still a noob to the whole thing) or is this just realtime not being accurate as it says estimated views?

I'm confused.
 
There might be some lag on youtube updating how many views you actually have on the videos possibly. Sometimes the view count is a little messed up
