Biosphere World Generator Mod for Minecraft 1.3.2 Review

If you play Minecraft and enjoy the game portions, you might be interested in world generators. The game itself has procedurally generated landscapes, that means they're made using a bit of mathematical code--this is why when someone uses the same seed as you do they can find the same things/pl;aces as you do in your Minecraft world.

The above world generator is "Biospheres" which creates floating masses, hemispheres of rock covered by glass hemispheres with biomes inside, all connected by wooden bridges.

Take a look. The mod is actually quite fun to play in and check out what it can create.

Thanks FAP! ^^ Hah. I personally find the idea of Minecraft mods that change world generation to be extremely interesting, I hope to see more go that direction that add things like skyscrapers, interstate roadways, geological land features, etc. to the otherwise procedurally generated worlds. It makes sense to me that someone might make some interesting worlds that include craters, volcanoes, island archipelagos, etc.
