I had a great customer service experience with these guys yesterday which I wanted to share.
Anyway, I purchased some music - well, I thought I was buying a loops pack for a particular song.
After finishing the purchase, I realized I'd accidentally bought not the loops, but 3 short versions of the song. Not what I wanted.
Now, I emailed premiumbeat and said, look, I realize you're not going to believe me if I say I won't use those files which I didn't actually want, so instead can I buy the loops for an additional $20 (which would make my total outlay the same as if I'd bought the entire package for that song).
Anyway, receive an email this morning - they gave me the loops for free. No questions asked.
So while they don't have as big a range as other websites, I can't fault their customer service.
