Best way for exclusive content?

I was thinking about doing some videos exclusively for my subscribers, but I don't know how to go about it.

I could just make the videos private, but how would I notify my subs about it?

Anyone have any guidelines?

this is where a website is needed so you can upload outside youtube and send emails to your subscribers. just dont add random gaming videos, making a website has unlimited possibilities and you should use it as an advantage. one more thing dont try to sell things on that website when it first launched it will discourage them from entering/staying.

Google+ (yes I know it's useful for something rarely) you can add their profiles to a private video and it sends them a message saying "so and so had uploaded a video..." you can use emails too if you like.

That being said if you want to make things easier you can create circles and add subscribers to them to give them access to private videos.

Thanks mate, will look into it. Never used G+ before
Edit: Damn, I need to add each sub individually to a circle. Way to make things easy Google!

I think an email service would be a good way to go. That way what you could do is upload the video on unlisted & email the link. Could be an option to consider.
