Best Vlogging camera within $300 range

Hey guys!

So we have been making blogs for a while now and we usually use our iphone and the quality can be very crappy, especially in low light and also when editing iphone footage in premiere it becomes out of sync and there for useless. We also have a high end DSLR camera with some nice glass, but lugging that around all the time can be a pain as it is so big, heavy and the lack of auto focus can be annoying when your in "selfie mode".

We have been looking at purchasing either a cyber shot or a power shot but are quite undecided on which to get. We would love to hear from some of you guys out there on what your opinion is on a good quality HD vlogging camera within that $300 price bracket, especially ones that work well average lighting

I use a Canon Power shot, it has HD and is a pretty decent camera. I've had it since Christmas and I can't really complain about it, except that I can't seem to ever keep the lens clean. That's like my biggest problem, but that's not really the camera's fault I guess lol.
 
I have a samsung wb600 which I use for all my videos at the moment until I have enough money for a SLR camera. And I haven't had any complaints about how clear my videos are, so I will be using that one for vlogging once I get my new one! :D I think it is around £120 in the UK so probably about $200?? :)
