Best time to post??

I've heard a couple different opinions on this topic but in your opinion, is there a "best time to post" during the day or even a day of the week? If so, what has or hasn't worked for you guys?
 
I've heard that the best time to post a video is Thursdays and Fridays between 2-4. But I think the most important thing is to be consistent with your schedule.
 
There is no "best time" that works for everyone.

Go to your Analytics page, click on 'Realtime' and see what time of day you get your views. The best time to post would be just before then.
