i want to know whats the best thumb nail to create and what should i put on them ?

I don't know if there is a "best thumbnail" but what I like to do is put text that says what this video is about and I use a screen shot from the video. Another good thing I like to do is use emojis, clipart and sometimes I use other pictures and crop them into the thumbnail! Take a look at the ones on my channel!
