Best Settings On Sony Vegas? Tips?

I am new to Sony Vegas, and I have absolutely no idea what I am doing, I know some seasoned veterans could help me, and it would be much appreciated! Any tips are welcome!

I won't go and claim they're the best, but I've been using these settings, or at least damn close, for years across multiple channels. I'm happy with them.

Also, don't forget to disable resampling on your clips.
