Best Settings for Handbrake? I'm on Mac

I use a Sony cybershot 1080p footage... its for youtube as you know Lol
what setting do u prefer or thats good.. i get confused on constant framerate or variable etc... whats better

I usually just use the default settings but with H.264 (mp4) the footage turns out pretty well, even if i'm using a low-res cam.
